          New Generation Organization has decided at the General Committee Meeting held on 13th November, 2022 to organize a new campaign for raising fund to help and support families of battle casualties from Army, Navy and Air Force. 

          The donations received in the fund of New Generation Organization shall be utilized to pay financial assistance to Battle Casualties of Army, Navy and Air Force, their next of kins and depedents.

          The Campaign Details are mentioned below:

NOTICE

This is to notify that New Generation Organization has organized THE PAD PROJECT to undertake FREE SANITARY PAD DISTRIBUTION DRIVE in Tufanganj specifically for young girls of the rural area. This drive would undertake Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management Awareness  Programme and would also distribute Free Sanitary Pads.

We aim to end ‘Period poverty’ by adopting menstruators who cannot afford to buy pads themselves and provide them pads every month. We also educate them to make them confident to speak about periods.

এতদ্বারা NEW GENERATION ORGANIZATION-এর সকল সদস্যদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আগামী 21-06-2022 ইং তারিখ, মঙ্গলবার বিশ্ব যোগ দিবস উপলক্ষে NGO-র তরফ থেকে একটি বৃক্ষরোপন কর্মসূচীর আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। উক্ত কর্মসূচীতে NGO-র সকল GB Members, Life Members এবং Volunteers দের থেকে সাহায্যের আবেদন জানানো হচ্ছে এবং উক্ত দিন ঠিক বেলা 11 টায় সকলকে কর্মসূচীতে উপস্থিত থেকে আমাদের এই বৃহৎ কর্মসূচীকে সাফল্যমন্ডিত করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

সকল সদস্যদের উদ্দেশ্য বলা হচ্ছে, আপনারা প্রত্যেকে যথাসাধ্য গাছের চারা বা আর্থিক অনুদান সংগ্রহ করার চেষ্টা করুন, যাতে আমরা প্রচুর পরিমানে গাছ লাগানো সক্ষম হই।

A Tree Plantation Programme organized by the New Generation Organization

Importance of tree planting in today's time :

The roots of trees hold the soil in place as it fights erosion that causes landslide. It also absorbs and store rainwater that helps reduce runoff and sediment deposit after the storms. It also helps recharge ground water supply, prevents transport of chemicals into streams as well as prevents flooding.
